I wanted to try this site to see if it was any better than other platforms , However its no different to any free dating sites. I made contact to cancel my subscription after what I believed was a month subscription However was told I had an ongoing subscription 36 months. I then told them I didn’t want the subscription and so called customer service said your subscription is for 36 months if you cancel you still have to pay the subscription cost so pretty much bad luck ! So after trying the site which is beyond ordinary I also get charged $19.95 per month for Absolutely nothing. Absolutely disgusting that they are able to trick people into subscriptions and then say bad luck when the customer realises and tries to cancel subscription. DO NOT USE this site !!!!!!!!

Be careful with subscription! Once you buy it, you cannot cancel, even if you see only a few matches that never change. They just wanna steal your money. It’s not worth it!

No such thing as a cooling off period or 3 day cancellation if you live in Australia. Do not join or you will 100% pay the rest of your subscription no matter when you try to cancel (which is already not simple to do)

First of all there were Software bugs for my accounts and after days nobody even visited my accounts. Then they identified and fixed but still it’s too too boring ! There are No matches at all and it’s completely waste of time and money

If this website deducts money from your bank account without due notice report it to your bank’s fraud department. Got my money back after trying to deal with this site. CON JOB!!

Struggled to give this sit even one star: no hits, no interest, using the same profile I’d successfully used on other dating sites. Dead-hand arbitrary responses from website administrators. As far as they’re concerned, I signed up for six months (no option to ‘sample’ for a month or so) and I had to wear it. Caveat Emptor, I get it. But if casual memberships are good enough for other dating sites, so too should they be for this website.

Have to pay membership to see anything even though it’s supposed to be free. But I got nothing can be done unless you pay for it. Just not what it says to you at all in there are terms and conditions.

So I was using the free site and I noticed I had a bunch of likes and the site pressured me to sign up to see all these people who’ve liked me. I signed up and started messaging some of the people back. Literally all the people I messaged said they’ve never even seen my profile yet alone liked it. Some people were not even from the same country who had no idea who I was when I had the radius to people close. Basically here to save you trouble. This site is a scam, you’re not likely to find someone here. Even if you pay, beware and run!

Very disappointed with the new this website. There’s just not enough local members, and I live in Sydney city! The website needs a lot of improving as well, I don’t like how members can’t message me unless I come across their profile and read their message. It forces you to waste a lot of time searching, miss opportunities to connect and what bothers me the most is that members who I swipe NO on keep showing up again and again. They should have left this site the way it has always been. Also too many unattractive people on there, real lack of quality. Like other sites they should also allow you to validate your profile so you know which profiles aren’t fake, and being able to write a review on a persons profile would be a big help!

Terrible app. Doesn’t let you do anything without a photo then removes the photo of it isn’t of you. So much for privacy or meeting over shared interests and compatibility. Just ridiculous.

Nothing to do there. The service I have been receiving wasn’t up to the standards I expected for $50 monthly payment. I tested this site several times in different ways and what I waana say, that is as bad as expensive.

Initially looked ok but after a week discovered the only real people were totally desperate losers or totally gorgeous women – who were of course fake scammers. My advice. Dont join and on any site you go to google search the messages you get and reverse image search everyone. I was shocked at how many well known porn starts were messaging me because I ( a boring middle aged normal aussie guy) was somehow their urgent sexual fantasy. Lucky I quit before I was sucked in and ripped off.
